Welcome to UniSIMCard! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of UniSIMCard's Website and eSIM Services, owned and operated by GlobalVoice Connect Ltd.

By accessing this website and purchasing our services, we assume you accept these terms of service. Do not continue to use UniSIMCard if you do not agree to take all of the terms of service stated on this page.

1. Services Provided

UniSIMCard provides global mobile connectivity services via eSIM (Embedded SIM) profiles. Users can purchase prepaid data plans, voice bundles (outbound calling), and wallet balance top-ups to be used in covered countries.

Our eSIM services require a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their mobile device supports eSIM technology before purchasing any plans.

2. User Accounts & Wallet

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to keep your credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.

The in-app wallet balance can be used to purchase eSIM data and voice plans. Wallet balances are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy. Balance transfers between users are final and cannot be reversed.

3. Fair Usage & Network Performance

While we strive to provide excellent 4G and 5G connectivity worldwide, coverage, speeds, and network quality may vary based on local carriers, terrain, device specifications, and network congestion.

For unlimited data plans, speed throttling applies based on the plan type purchased (e.g. Unlimited Lite throttled to 512 Kbps after 1GB/24 hours; Unlimited Plus throttled to 2 Mbps after 2GB/24 hours). Long duration plans over 30 days throttle video streaming services to 2 Mbps.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the eSIM services or website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, illegal VoIP operations, or violating intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without notice if any prohibited activity is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, UniSIMCard and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on UniSIMCard. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, duplicate, or copy material from UniSIMCard.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GlobalVoice Connect Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the eSIM services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
