Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with UniSIMCard. Please read our refund policy below regarding purchase cancellations, network issues, and device compatibility.

1. General Refund Terms

eSIM profiles are digital products that cannot be physically returned or rolled back once provisioning has started. Therefore, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed below:

  • Unused eSIMs: If you purchased an eSIM but have not installed it or activated the data plan on any device, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Used eSIMs: Once an eSIM data plan has been installed, activated, or any data usage has occurred, it is strictly non-refundable unless a technical failure on our network prevents service.

2. Device Compatibility & Unlocked Status

It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their mobile device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked. We cannot offer refunds for purchases made for devices that are locked by a carrier or do not support eSIMs.

3. Technical Connection Issues

If you experience network issues or are unable to connect to the cellular network in your destination:

  1. You must contact our support team immediately at support@unisimcard.com to diagnose the connection settings.
  2. We will guide you through setting configurations (e.g. enabling Data Roaming, APN configurations, network selection).
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved due to a network provider failure on our side, a full or partial refund will be issued.

4. Wallet Balance Refunds

Wallet balances topped up directly by the user can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the balance has been spent on eSIM plans. Balance transfers received from other users or promotional balances are non-refundable.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe/Credit Card) within 5 to 10 business days.
